We had Global install a six camera DVD system and security system. We had used another installer but was not happy. Global's installation was great but the ongoing support has been fantastic.

Being let down and mislead from other bix box type providers I have found Global Alarms to have well exceeded my expectations. The service is outstanding and always available, not to mention providing the most modern products on the market.

They have been awesome! Got alarm installed quickly and were so friendly and professional! Angie is awesome! She came to the house to set up the med alarm for my mom😊. having the security system helps me sleep sound at night and the alarm is great for mom when I'm not home. I have set both off by accident and have had quick response! I highly recommend global alarms! No contract too! And a local company! Win win😊

Following a site survey and security inspection a fully costed alarm and CCTV installation was proposed by Global. At all times they maintained a balanced view of cost control and offered alternative solutions for us to compare. We have also been very happy with Global Alarms ongoing support. They are clearly specialists in their field yet have retained a personal, not corporate, style which extends to their technicians in the field also.
