- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive! Service calls and troubleshooting are an hourly rate of $50/hr and a $15.00 trip charge. All other jobs are bid out accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any opening questions. Then a detail oriented walk-through. This is an important process. The job would then be completed to the details of walk-through. All work Warranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My electrical education is all hands on. Work was and is my education. I trained under a licensed electrician. One of the very best. He trained me so good that I could teach myself and others.
