- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client starts training with me, I email them a questionnaire so that I can get a better understanding of their health history and their goals. We go over what it will take for the client to reach their goals and I will also provide them with a nutrition plan to do fast track their progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have worked as a personal trainer for the past 6 years and I've worked in the gym environment for the past 7. I've helped clients lose over 100+ pounds and I'm willing to do whatever it takes for you to reach your fitness goals!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this type of work after making the commitment to change my personal lifestyle and the way I treated health. Once I figured out what it takes to transform your body, I wanted to learn more and thought it would be great to be able to help others do the same!
