- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at each job and prepare an estimate based on labor and materials. Some jobs are fixed priced, and some jobs are based on time and materials, when there's repair work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them on the phone to discuss the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a general contractor in California for 25+ years. And I have a business degree from SJSU.
