I originally was satisfied with their work but now since they have dodged our calls for TWO months and have not contacted us about completing the stain (which we paid for) I know think they are thieves. They came and did what I asked and did other jobs for me that I asked them to do right away and I hadn't asked them to Doo in the initial hiring. Very personable .I will hire them again if something comes up. They can do everything I had them install faucets,put inside ceiling lights ,outside flood lights and they did a great job and quickly. We were very pleased with the professionalism and neatness of John's work. He installed two ceiling fans for us on April 13th 2017. He packed the old ceiling fans very neatly in the boxes the new ceiling fans were in...which made it very easy to dispose of the old ceiling fans. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For certain tasks I do have a flat rate pricing system but as a handyman I get requests for such a varied list of projects that I mostly look to build an estimate based on the scope of work. Sometimes it's hourly, sometimes flat rate, but most often it's by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get a complete understanding of the customers needs, communication preferences, and schedule. Then I do my best to meet those needs in a timely fashion. My ultimate goal is to establish a long term working relationship with each new customer based on trust and overall satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a monthly subscriber to "The Family Handyman" magazine, I regularly consult with other pro's in many different fields to learn additional knowledge or new "tricks of the trade" and I am a regular shopper at both Lowes and Home Depot which helps me stay up to date on the latest home improvement technology and tools.
