The handyman was great! The only thing I didn't like is that i wasn't warned that there was a two hour minimum requirement.Mar 19, 2018Verified
Steve really is an awesome handyman! He put a bathroom door on, a towel rack, bathroom fan and fixed a toilet leak. He really knows what he is doing and he has such a positive personality. He answered my emails right away and was very punctual and reliable. He was a perfect handyman to work with and his work quality was really done. I can't say anything bad about him and will hire him again for sure.Jun 11, 2017Verified
Steve recently installed some closet shelves and anchored a few bookcases to my wall. It was so easy to schedule an appointment, his pricing was fair, and the work turned out great. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a handyman.Sep 7, 2017
I really appreciate Steve's services. He keeps you informed of his arrival time, prompt, easy to talk with and does a great job! We have been looking for a handyman for a long time and I would recommend him to anyone! Will definitely have Steve help us with many other projects around our house!Apr 14, 2017Verified
I had been having trouble with a window crank not working. One day I opened it and was unable to close it as the crank threads were worn and the crank would just spin around and not engage. The Next Day Handyman,Steve was able to come out in a day after I contacted him. He replaced the crank and it works well. I appreciated his friendliness, prompt service and would use him again for other projects.Apr 1, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $99 for the first two hours of service, followed by my hourly rate. I do have to charge a two hour minimum in order to make my trips worthwhile. I recommend that my customers have a prioritized list of tasks in order to get the most value and productivity from our visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It varies, but we get on the same page about the scope of work and scheduling an initial, or only, work session. From there we proceed through our plan and make minor adjustments as needed until complete. Customer input is vital each day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I do constant product and procedural research to ensure that I am providing the best service and value to my customers. Also, I am trained as a sheet metal worker, which has given me the construction versatility and attention to detail that I believe separates me from other Handymen.
