Steve was an all-around professional. His initial responsiveness was great. He responded promptly to all of my questions. He arrived on-time and immediately after his service, sent me a follow up email with his arrival and leave times, and soon after, sent an invoice. There were no hidden fees. He installed three lights and a ceiling fan and they all looked great (flush with ceiling and stable). It's been over a week and there have been no issues. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $89 for the first two hours of service, followed by my hourly rate. I recommend that my customers have a prioritized list of tasks in order to get the most value and productivity from our visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It varies, but we get on the same page about the scope of work and scheduling an initial, or only, work session. From there we proceed through our plan and make minor adjustments as needed until complete. Customer input is vital each day.
