They bid and start work quite fast, with reasonable price and good quality, final price is lower than the bidding price. I got photos emailed to me after the work is down.

He is a nice guy but he was late all the time. Although he did a decent work he spent too much hours doing it overcharging us at the end (I got other firm bids before hiring him and it was 1.5 times less than he charged us at the end). This was also a lesson for us - won't hire again per hour rate.
