- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most handyman needs can be given a price quote, whereas others , such as multiple things to be done at same residence may require an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually first, the phone conversation about the project that they need done. We both give our detailed description of what needs there are. Some, but not all , require a visit to ensure a honest, accurate, estimate. I explain my approach and handling of the job, and then we can discuss price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in the home improvement field. I have had hands on experience from pouring concrete at commercial jobs to building decks, trim work, mowing lawns ,painting, plumbing, etc....
