FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before we get started on any project, I provide you with a quote detailing design options at varying price points. My goal is to solve your design problems within the time frame you need and the budget established; so there are no surprises. In general, I prefer to give you a couple of solid design options so you can see which style or concept best lines up with your business objectives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here are the typical steps when working on a new project. 1: Discussions about your business: We can do that in person or over the phone. It's important to understand what defines you and makes you stand out from others in your industry. 2: Design Phase: I explore creative directions discussed in our meeting and create designs options. 3: Present Concepts: I present you with design concept(s). We review options and discuss which one might best fit your business goals. 4: Final Art: I make adjustments on the art work if needed and finalize everything. Once approved, I send you the final electronic files. 5: Printing/Supplier Supervision: When needed, I provide you with quotes from reputable suppliers and supervise the print production.
