- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per hour gets our best designers make your dream reality. We recommend 10 hours for a discount at $800 with a package that covers all the areas most people desire. You may also hire us on a monthly basis over a 6 month contract where we walk you through the process of new habits, visions, and bringing your new image into reality with the confidence of our coach the entire way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As design professionals, we ask "What is your Dream?" Then, we create the perfect program, steps, and system to make this dream a reality. Since most people have similar dreams, we have books and frameworks already designed to make redesigning your current situation easy, accessible, and streamlined. In the creative industry, we first ask "What Experience do you want your customers to have?" and "What mood, emotion, and impression do you want them to experience?" Lastly, we find the target demographic and work not only to provide services, but we specialize in Crowd-Sourcing digital work. This means that if you work with us over time, we find interns for your company and connect you with cost-effect design solutions that replace our own company. We provide payment plans for our Creative Direction and find our happiest customers are those who work long-term with us and allow us to consult their entire creative process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with Fortune 500s and are led by Creative Director, Matt Hackney. Matt has designed in Silicon Valley with a degree in Computer Science and an MBA.
