- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each service provided has its own pricing schedule which we discuss in detail on our website. Time and rates are related to the specific type of work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide each customer with an hour of complimentary advisory time during which we listen, learn and discuss their needs. Once we are in agreement to engage we work together to build our due diligence - and to better understand the task ahead. Each service we provide follows a path through which we do our due diligence, develop necessary models, analyze and implement the solutions needed to achieve our clients goals. Over time we refine our models and continue working closely with clients, in conversation and in process, to achieve goals and objectives while growing the businesses top and bottom line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Harem Labs founders worked in highly competitive fields prior to launching the advisory. This includes over a decade on Wall Street, international experience in project development and finance and a strong roster of small US Based businesses as satisfied past customers.
