My name is Karen Mahoney I called Harrington and Sons to get an estimate on a new roof.
Mr. Harrington showed up in his truck with the ladder and went up and measured my roof he also spent quite a bit of time in my attic . Finding issues that my previous home inspector missed we were very impressed. My husband and I decided that he would be our roofer.
Mr. Harrington handled all the details the notifications, permitting and providing us an insurance binder . He was the only Roofing Contractor that made us aware of the Florida State release of lien law. He also provided us with a copy of his cancellation policy based on a federal law that states you have a three-day right of rescission when signing a contract in your home we felt very comfortable with Mr. Harrington he put all the cards on the table The Supplies were delivered into the driveway. With a fork left on a pallet and was covered From the weather when the dumpster arrived the men put plywood down to protect the driveway. We have never seen a contractor do that before. The crew showed up on the proposed start date on time .The foreman and all the workers were very respectful they were dressed in the workmen like protective clothing they had all the professional Tools and Equipment they needed to perform the roof project .Upon completing the job the grounds were left spotless the house was spotless the final inspection went off without a hitch. The communication throughout the job was was excellent

We were Very Fortunate Finding Harrington & Sons Roofing through a friend. We called Tim the owner of the company he answered the phone He explained that he was on a job site and would call us back at 6:00 when he got back to his office. Tim actually called us back on the appointed time and set an appointment for the following day.
Tim is extremely knowledgeable about his Products and services and the Florida State building codes and procedures He listened to our concerns about the current roof and offered a solution. It was a pleasant conversation of 20 minutes .Then he went up on the roof .
Upon returning Tim had his ipad with all the measurements,pictures of the roof and a simulation of our roof and what it was going to look like in every brand and color of shingle. And his estimate was already prepared
He emailed the estimate we talked about the price for a few minutes there was No Pressure to sign a contract Now Tim just said Call me when your ready . We did and we are glad we did. The work was scheduled and completed on time very professional Louis the foreman and his crew left my property cleaner then when the arrived.

This company is defenity A+ in my book with all this heavy rain they where able to come to my house and repair my roof at a great cost would defenitly recommend them.

I have used this company for replacing the roof on my home and a rental building I own. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a professional and courteous manner. I had been interested in solar panels but the companies I contacted quickly determined my property failed to have sufficient sun exposure. When I spoke with Sal from the company he thoroughly examined my property and was confident that it had good potential for solar. Ultimately the company mounted 30 solar panels on my roof and projected an annual surplus of product of approximately $1700/yr. This was a completely accurate figure and has held true for the last 3 years. Thanks guys.

I had a new roof installed. It turned out beautiful. Harrington & Sons was fabulous, on time and courteous! I would definitely recommend therm.
