Charles was a good worker. He did what he said he would do and trimmed the trees well. (also cut down two). He had another worker with him to assist. His price seemed fair and he provided a written bid for the work.
My disappointments were: he did not seem to have all the necessary equipment to do a job such as ours: chain saw was not heavy duty enough and broke two times, requiring him to leave to get a replacement twice, no chain to pull a big tree over once it was almost cut through * had to use our truck and my husband's chain, no blower to blow driveway (we used ours), no wheelbarrow or cart, had to use ours.
The work was done well, but I think the job was too big for him or his planning was poor. He had to come back with a stump grinder and was not back within the time frame he said he would be.
Honest, but not prepared.
