Tracee is an excellent coach! She takes the time to get to know the names of the people she works which is very rare nowadays. I love that she watches for proper form and if you need a modification, she's got one!

Tracee does an amazing job teaching the bootcamp group exercise classes. It is very clear she spends time to plan ahead, research new ways to target different body areas, and makes sure to give us the best workout possible in the allotted time. I also appreciate how she checks in after the work out to see what we liked/ didn't like, and how to make it an even better class the next time. She is a great motivator, I love taking her classes!
