Introduction: First and for most, I went to school for this because I wanted to be of service to others. I want to help others gain back the life they want to live but haven’t been able to because of injuries! I want to develop character and confidence through the effort and struggle you put fourth while striving to said goals! With that being said I believe it is SO important that each one of these facets are fulfilled throughout the course of each week in order to develop accountability, as well to manage all of the different facets of your fitness journey.. goals, nutrition, cardio log, mini goals, extra work... to name a few. • Make a point to set aside time throughout your week to fill each of these areas. Feed your soul - Start a journal and write, there’s no better way to track your progress than writing daily! Using this tool will document your wins, and your losses which will help you gain a stronger understanding of your strengths and weakness’s. 📓🖊 • Challenge your body - You know that goal you’ve been putting off for the last 3 years? Why not just take your best swing at it and let the chips fall where they may? At the very least you’ll enjoy the process of stepping out of your comfort zone, while beginning to make progress towards that one thing you’ve wanted to attain. It’s all about taking that first step towards the outcome you want. 🕺🏽🏋🏽🏋🏻‍♀️🕺🏽 • Develop your mind - Read a book that will assist you in getting better at a skill you’d like to develop, or that will help you stoke your fire daily! Watch a podcast! 🔥📚📺🔥 • Strengthen your heart Develop your relationships, make sure to laugh, and make others laugh! Serve others without the expectation of receiving anything in return, do something positive just because you want to enhance that persons day! Love the important people in your life and make sure you tell them, them knowing it isn’t enough! ❤️❤️❤️ - You are what you do, and if you apply all of these little things throughout your life you will be better for it. If you develop a habit of working out and holding yourself more accountable for your choices, you will make exponential progress. It’s the focus on your daily action, what is going to be done this day to just get you a little closer to where you want to be tomorrow! There is something very profound about doing something that you would have never thought possible. It unlocks a new level of possibilities, and belief in yourself and your abilities. Im so grateful that I get to coach others to reach these points of empowerment through setting goals and training diligently in order to reach them! With that being said in order to have a great life you need to be at your peak. Training and committing to better yourself will change your life... You will be clear, it will focus you, it will build in discipline and dedication, as well as build up your character. You will develop a stronger sense of self. Your training doesn't define you, but it does refine you and reaffirms that your best self is fully engaged every single day. Initially we all have hesitance, doubt, the want to draw back, lack of confidence, and lack of conviction in our abilities. That’s when you need to have the understanding that you're the one responsible for all of it, it’s just a daily decision to make small progress, and gain small wins every single day! Until we fully commit, those things will always be in the for front, and they will win every single time. The moment we deeply commit, All sorts of magic occur's to reinforce that commitment to yourself that would have never otherwise occurred. When you understand the little wins that you’ve been accomplishing over a period of time eventually turn into big returns. That’s when the momentum kicks in, the belief in yourself, and what you’re fully capable of accomplishing. Whatever you believe you can do, or dream you can do, pursue it in a fearless and relentless way! My passion is to create more leaders, not just take you through a workout. Training can be so much more than that!

3 months ago, I stumbled upon this website "Thumbtack". Not knowing much about this, I knew that I wanted to change my life, I wanted to become a stronger more confident person. After filling out the questionnaire I was shown different trainers that all gave me quotes. I reviewed many and found myself interested in meeting Matt. We set up a time and place to meet, talk, and assess where my fitness level was at. Upon meeting him, I was nervous and unsure what to make of this. Our first few minutes of conversation I knew I could learn so much from Matt, and I knew I wanted to begin a new lifestyle. 3 months fast forward to now, my WHOLE life and outlook on life has changed for the better. Matt is by far one of the best people I have met. I have had other personal trainers before, but I never stuck through it. Matt has rehabbed my ankles, hips, back, shoulders..so almost everything! I love working out now more then ever. He has taught me how to push myself, eat better, and how to be a more confident person. I highly recommend Matt to everyone I know. I have become a stronger person inside and out. I love lifting, learning about powerlifting, different breathing techniques. Matt can do it ALL! I will keep going on with this new journey I have started. Highly recommend Matt as a personal trainer no matter what goals anyone has, he can help you achieve it. He will push you, help you, and always be there for you.

I am beyond happy with my experience and result's with heart and soul personal training. The level of professionalism and knowledge that is put into meeting your personal fitness goal's is amazing. I would highly suggest and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to lose weight, tone up, and also gain lots of muscle in the process, to get into contact with Matt at heart and soul personal training right away. Matt is an outstanding trainer! He's aware of his clients' needs and shifts his work to match them. Best of all, he's a great motivator! He knows hen to give you that pat on the back or a swift kick in the ass to get you moving.

This training has changed the whole fitness world for me. Matt is very knowledgeable and taught me stability, muscle endurance, strength training and everything I needed to push threw my first triathlon! Now I continue to practice what I learned and I am so far ahead of other people.

I have been training with Heart and Soul Personal Training for about a month and I have had a great experience. Matt is so knowledgable about the body, specific muscle groups and their role within the body, targeted exercises, diet plans, and so much more. Each session I train with Matt I feel a great sense of motivation and encouragement as we strive to reach my goals together. I can feel my body becoming stronger and stronger and can feel my mindset shifting to a more positive and can do attitude. Future clients won't be disappointed by the quality of service Matt provides and the amount of love and passion Matt puts into every session and training.
