- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$ 20 / hr Driving has to be worth our while so a four hour minimum for longer drives at particularly heavy traffic times is not unlikely ! The details can all be adjusted after doing a visual of the job at hand ! Their will never be surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first speak on the phone to make sure that it's a legitimate job and that everything is right ! Then we like to meet at customers choice of places preferably in their home if that's where service will be initiated! Sitting down with the customer and asking the right questions is imperative! This is where we get a real sense of who and what the customer really prefers! Then we go to work to make everything perfect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a mother and grandmother we feel over qualified. We are currently as always training and expanding our skill sets and knowledge bases. I am CPR and frist aid trained. I have held a PCB certification as an addiction counselors assistant and have been educated in the skill sets of a Licensed Practical Nurse also working in hospitals and Long term care facilities for 20 + years. We do many classes at goggle works and at other training venues around Berks County. If there is something we need a refresher course in, we find a way to hone our skills.
