Introduction: Thank you, for considering me to perform your home inspection. I have been inspecting and rehabbing Homes on the front range for over 15 years. I have recently joined Buyers Protection Group as one of their inspectors for the Denver area. I have performed many inspections on various properties and helped many people move into home ownership. I look forward to serving my clients and providing them with information regarding the home they are purchasing. One of the best parts of home inspecting is I am paid to tell the truth. My goal as your home inspector is to give the property a “physical” and relay the information I have gathered to my client in a concise yet detailed format. We offer home inspections that list action items and consideration items. We provide pre-listing inspections and also radon testing.
