- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually bid it at what a big company would price it at then bid it according to my prices so the customer sees the difference. I dont make a bogus bid according to how much money they have but rather bid it according to the job at hand......
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and my company and let them know what to expect from beginning to end. By talking to the customer first they tend to fill they know u and it just makes for a better relationship through the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years of this type work has taught me more than any class or training seminars could. Hands on training allows u to run into things thats not taught and allows u to be creative and address what the problem is and fix it
