Paul was very thorough in his inspection. I walked through with him for all but the last 10 minutes or so when he went into the attic. He answered my questions and gave tips along the way (things that weren't required repairs, but that we want to keep an eye on or think about replacing in the future.) He was very candid about what things were dangerous as opposed to merely not done correctly and would wear on the home over time. His report was incredibly detailed! He included pictures in the report, as well, to better demonstrate what was wrong. He spent over three hours going over the home. I was frankly surprised by the value, as it was one of the less expensive options we considered. Paul is very casual and friendly, and also very thorough and honest. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.

Paul is by far the best house inspector out there! He took the time he needed to do a very complete inspection on a house I was considering. During this inspection I watched what Paul looked for and how he found things that nobody else noticed. He was prompt in his response, and I can honestly say that in all the homes I have owned in the past, and the many times I have had had a home inspected prior to purchase, I have NEVER had such an amazing inspector. He fits the true idealism of what you expect in a professional inspector, and well worth the money you spend using Paul. He can save you thousands of dollars and future problems. I was encourage by many to buy the house Paul inspected, but I trusted him enough to back away from the purchase. Now, I am glad I did. I knew he was "on my side," working for me, not my realtor, not the seller, but me, and that made the difference! I hope that I can use Paul again because I have complete trust in his knowledge, skills, and ethics.

Paul has done a good job on his inspections. He is prompt, thorough and is reasonable on his inspections. Paul does encourage the client or customer to be at the home during his inspections and have the customer to ask any question that pertains to any problems that may pop up. He does take lots of pictures too. Lastly he is not a deal killer

Paul has completed over a dozen inspections for buyer clients that I have worked with. All of my clients have been very impressed with the thoroughness of Paul's work. Many of my clients were present at the home inspections and provided positive feedback on Paul's professionalism. I would highly recommend him for a house inspector, and plan to use him as my preferred inspector for all of my clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. The size of the house and age determines the final price. We typically are around $325.00 - $350.00 for a 2400 square foot home. We do Radon test also for an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always encourage the customer to participate in the inspection. Ask Questions and get to know the house inside and out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the property management business for years. I started home inspections 4 years ago. I am a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and graduated from the ASHI school specifically for home inspectors.
