CHECK HER WORK BEFORE YOU PAY....I will first say I was 30 min. late and she already left but came back to clean. After making sure everything was good for her to still clean our house she said, "It will be spotless". Well, it WASN'T! After her quoting me $135.00 to clean our empty house, I paid her BEFORE she cleaned. (MISTAKE) I ended up giving her $200 for the hassle of coming back after leaving. The following photos will tell most of the story. There was dust, grass, dirt on all the hard floors. She did NOT clean the baseboards as she stated in our conversation. She DID NOT even touch the laundry room. She left the oven half cleaned with water sitting at the bottom. Then after confronting her on this through text she said she did the "best she could" in time allowed. I would have rather her cancelled then do a half-way job...esp. after paying her $65.00 extra. I think she was only there about 1 1/2 hours..which can be done but if it's not clean how can you feel good about leaving??? So sad, she was a nice enough person and was kind to come back....but as far as cleaning goes....NOT HER FORTE.

I call this client the night before to make sure that they were going to be there at 10 AM. I did not get the job started until 11:30 AM,I have a cleaning business. If the customer is late and I have to start an hour and fifteen minutes later than planned. The show must go on. I did the best I could with the time I had allotted. This cleaning was not finished due the the customers unprofessional tardiness. I drove one hour to do this job and when she called me I was thirty minutes away already and turned back around. I have other clients who I will not be late for because she was late. This is not a real representation of my work. Look at my other reviews cleaning is my Forte
