- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I personally do not believe in flat rate pricing however if the customer would prefer this I would be more than happy to quote the job in this manner. My customary charge is 65.00 for a service call portal to portal plus material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years experience.I am a licensed Master Plumber in the City of Kingston#113 . And hold many certifications ,I also actively attend seminars and classes to keep up with today's ever changing technology
