Phillip did a great job with helping us restore temperature of our refrigerator. His services were timely, proficient and reasonable. He also notified us of an open issue with our product and volunteered to check with the manufacturer to see if the issue would be covered under warranty. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for appliance care needs.

Mr. Jackson is awesome. He came right on time and was done is 15 minutes. Our refrigerator stopped getting cold several days before Christmas. We had just bought groceries and were afraid that the food would go bad. Mr. Jackson responded to my Thumbtack inquiry on a Sunday which I thought was wonderful. He came just as we had scheduled and replaced the compressor motor. The frig works splendidly and we now have a new appliance repair man. Great price and wonderful experience. Thanks for saving the day, Mr. Jackson!!! :-)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call customer ahead of time. Set up a time convenient for the customer. Ask customer about the product, what is the product doing or not doing. Let them know there will be a service charge to come out and diagnose it. From there give a detail estimate on the repair.
