Anthony came out the same day I requested a quote and gave me a great price. I wanted him to pressure wash the front of my house and he offered me an all-inclusive price that includes the front siding, garage and cement in the front and side of the house. Time was of the essence as our house is on the market and he came out the very next morning and did a great job! Will definitely recommend him and use him again should I ever find the need!

This company came to power-wash the exterior of our 2-story townhouse. Most of the house is aluminum siding. They did an outstanding job! Highly recommend them!!!

After an initial trip out to scope the project, Anthony and Michael came out the following week to work on the deck. They showed up precisely when they said, bright and early. The project was to power wash my deck and seal it, plus a front stairway. My decking had taken on some mildew over the years and was turning grey. I thought it was something I might have been able to do myself, given some time. Little did I know how much it actually takes to do the job right - and they did it right. Attention to details, like sanding all the hand rails after power washing, and they replaced two boards that were weakening, basically at the cost of the boards They also left zero streaks while power washing. It was very expertly done. They do their job without cutting any corners and they appear to care a great deal about the quality of their work. I highly recommend Illinois Stain Removal.

Our prices depend mainly on how dirty or bad your siding or concrete is at your home. We do also take into effect where you are located. Many times if we are already in your area on a certain date and we get your business, there are definetely discounts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always trying to find the best solutions to use on homes. All of our products are green and environmentally friendly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We saw that there were many homes that have well water and their siding was stained very badly. After trying many different chemicals we found something that works incredibly well.
