Well I had a heavy lifting job that went very well. The team had to move a sofa, two antique arm chairs, a queen size bed, a large / heavy wall unit and sleeper sectional. They were very efficient, careful not to scratch or damage anything, and wrapped & secured everything perfectly on the truck. I liked the fact that they took time to carefully setup my living room furniture especially the wall unit and even re-adjusted it when asked with no hesitation. The only thing I would suggest they work on is being prompt. However, overall I was very pleased with their work and even gave them a tip! I will definitely hire Illinois Valley Movers again!

The guys did a very good job. Showed them all the stuff that need to be moved. They planned and moved the packages very fast. Spent some time in arranging. Guys took small breaks in-between. I can understand it is a physical work. No complains, they informed me when they took break. Chris, the owner called me the day before and confirmed the time. And called me after the move. I would recommend Chris and company. It was a good experience.

I absolutloved my experience with Illinois Valley Movers. The communication we had consisted of emails being answered promptly, phone calls answered promptly and when I met Dan and Riley (the movers) they were very nice. They worked hard to get it down around the time I needed it to be completed. I had a lot of little things that made the move take longer and when I ar Ives at my apartment the stairs to the storage were not the best for all the items I had but they were very patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have very reasonable hourly rates. Thank you Chris for making this work for me at th last minute. You rock! Tonya
