He is amazing and authentic! During the stress of setting up our own wedding. He encouraged us. Despite being an interior decorator and event planner. I was stressed! LOL #hemarriedus #professional #mkginteriorseventsMar 19, 2018Verified
We are more than satisfied with the wedding ceremony Dr.Ira performed for us. He is so sweet, personable, genuine, kind, caring and a great joy to have at our special day. We have had so many of our family and friends respond as to how wonderful he is and we are so thankful. Dr. Ira responded to me very quickly and was very helpful with all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Ira you made our day so special 💕💍Mar 13, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My standard price for weddings are between $175-$190 and premarital counseling (4) sessions $90per session. My counseling fees range from $90- $110 per session. Please know my fees are flexible as I am sensitive to people's budgetary concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I tend to break the ice by sharing pertinent information about myself. I then follow up by asking questions so as to get to know the new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in Family Studies and Intervention Strategies, a Master of Divinity and a Master's degree in counseling. I am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor by the Board of Christian Professional and Pastoral Counselors (BCPPC). Pastoral Counselors are Psychotherapist who are both Theologically and clinically trained. Please know that I use sound theoretical counseling principles/theories i.e., (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing) for those who are non religious and are concerned that their counseling session would simply be spiritually-based. I'm also certified as a Family Court Mediator as well as certified as a Chaplain with a specialty in grief, trauma, and bereavement counseling.
