FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very dependent on what the client is looking for. I'm happy to find an amount that works for both of us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is to fully understand what my customer is looking for in their yoga experience. People come to yoga for many different reasons, and I have years of experience working with many different types of people in many different environments. Whether it be a private session in your home, a prenatal session or a corporate yoga class, I want to be sure I understand what you're looking for in your experience. I send all new customers a yoga questionnaire for them to fill out and return to me. This helps me review their objectives and understand what they want in a class. Then, if needed, we jump on a phone call or meet for coffee to meet each other and discuss in more detail. From there, we set up a date and time for the class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 2 200 hr yoga certifications. I also have advanced training in prenatal/postnatal yoga, mom and baby yoga, as well as yoga for special populations.
