Introduction: IPP provides a complete residential needs basis. I have been in this field since 1978 and have dealt with all aspects of the residential needs. I have went back to school to update and keep up with the newest way to complete my client s needs. I also went back to college and acquired an electrical degree and lic for residential needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
again I am more at ease dealing with the client on a one on one basis before quoting prices but there are a few standard set prices as in lighting fixtures, panel and meter base installs, painting, along with installs of certian plumbing fixtures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for me it is best to meet with the client to completely evaluate what their needs are and to offer different solutions on either possible repairs or new installs. I want to give the client the reins and use their input as to best serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the residential housing industry since 1978. I have with all honesty done every aspect of residential repair/remodel /new install that has been requested. I went back to college in 1995 to acquire my electrical degree and lic. I am ADA. certified and have passed the IOSHA requirements.
