- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $85/hr, although I give flat rates for most projects (which obviously depends on what needs to be done).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation about what you want and your budget. I'll email you a design refinement questionnaire, which helps both of us define exactly what you're after. I work up 3 roughs, you choose one or a combo of them and I work it up. We go back and forth until it's right.
