- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free phone or in-person meeting to discuss high level requirements. Once that's done, I will provide a no-cost, no-pressure estimate and a description of the services I will provide. Once we agree to work together I will work with the client from the start of the website process to the finish. If SEO and / or other online services are needed, I will facilitate the hand-off to our Google certified marketing team for a smooth transition into the marketing phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For my website design clients, I provide a training session on how to manage the website using the amazingly easy SiteWorks Lite platform. This training session typically takes about 2 hours. In addition, after the site launches I often provide free video based training snippets to refresh their memory on how to do things on their website that they may have forgotten. I provide fast friendly after-launch customer support.
