You don't have to live on pre-packaged food, eat fresh and local. I can show you how.
Here are some of the meals we can make. Soups, stews, pasta dishes, frittatas, paellas, Thai steak tacos, chicken piccata, eggs benedict with green chili hollandaise, green bean salad with feta and walnuts. YOU will make these meals in less than 20 minutes.
My dishes are inspired by world cuisine, especially Mediterranean.
I am available for catering and private cooking aboard yachts.

Hello , I am so happy to share our Wonderful expierence with My BIG 65th birthday party....We are in Santa fe New Mexico and i am a Hairdresser by profession and so i hear EVERTHING.well i certainly heard about the culinary brillance of JEWELS...we ask her for direction for a fabulous party with all kinds of flavors to celebrate another time around the sun...TOTAL success al of my friends were beyond happy with her food and her service. Jules' love of food really shines through. Although she has a fine dining background she put me at easy when I needed to cater a business event. Her paella and tapas were sublime. And her professionalism and personality add to her talents.
