Introduction: I am a Long Beach based personal trainer/strength coach with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in powerlifting/strength and conditioning. I am certified by NFPT and ACTC as a personal trainer, as well as a certified Powerlifting Coach by the USPA. In addition, I am a top 50 ranked competitive powerlifter. Whether you're looking to shed body fat, gain strength and size, or simply looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle, I can help you reach your fitness goals. All training is custom tailored to fit your specific goals, no cookie cutter nonsense here. I place an emphasis on proper form, as well as education so clients learn why we do certain things as well as how to do them properly. Private, semiprivate, and group training are available. Remote coaching and online programming are also available for those who are out of the area, or too busy for traditional sessions.

I've been working with Brad a few times per week for over a year (on gaining strength while losing weight) and am very happy with his training. He listens to what you're wanting to work on and pushes you appropriately. He is not your typical Orange County personal trainer (in a good way), and has a passion for what he does. Definetly recommend contacting him to see what he is about.

Brad has been my personal trainer for 2 years now. He is very attentive to making my work outs exactly what I need them to be. I have lost 30 lbs since working with him and he has made it an enjoyable process.

You couldn't ask for a better trainer if you want to put on size and strength. Brad has been kicking my ass for almost a year now, but thanks to his skiil I've put on almost 10 pounds of lean muscle in that time. No frills, no silly circus acts..just plain old hard work.
