Choosing Adrienne as a personal trainer will be one of the wisest decisions you will make. She will encourage you, help you see your potential, challenge you and as a result of your partnership with her you will change yourself. I am coordination challenged instead of feeling out of place she taught me the mantra "mistakes burn calories." Now I am working out in group sessions I enjoy, am part of team of women who hold each other accountable with grace when it comes to working out and exploring new horizons when it comes to finding ways of exercising that excite and inspire me. Adrienne is an extremely conscientious trainer. She listens to your goals and strives to walk that balance of providing firm motivation to meet them while teaching you better methods and approaches when you may not be going after your goal in the best way. She's understanding of human flaws and weaknesses, adapts workouts to fit style and capability, and consistently remains positive and energetic about life and fitness. She will push you to try harder but be the first to tell you to listen to your body. She's a fabulous fitness coach!
