Introduction: I provide gardening services to home owners in The City of San Francisco. I am retired and love being outside working in your garden. I am also a photographer, and in North Carolina I built and operated a greenhouse and services for indoor plants as well. I have experience with both ornamental gardens and vegetable or herb gardens. I can "help you" clean up and maintain your property OR hire me for your needs and just sit back and enjoy your outside space! Born and raised in rural North Carolina - I love being outside, working hard and growing plants - inside and outside. I have always had a green thumb!! DISCOUNT: Because I use public transportation, I give an hourly discount if you have the necessary tools for your job onsite.

J. Davis showed up on time and got the work done effectively and efficiently. He did a great job cleaning our garden, trimming hedges and clearing away leaves. I plan to hire him again.

John showed up right on time, and took care of our garden in the best way possible. He also gave me some tips as to how to get the most out of our space. When he was done, he packed everything into yard bags, and even swept for us! Looking forward to working with him again.

Johnny Davis is the person who got me started in gardening and plant care. I have some rare and unique plants and trees that he gave me 30 years ago. I have since been out on my own, but working with him and learning about caring for yard plants made me quite successful. Rehabbing yard plants and trees is quite different from just planting, and this is one of his specialties. Sometimes older plantings have been just sheared and become leggy or too big. Many older plants need to be repaired. It takes an artist who is a knowledgable plant person to transition a neglected yard to a well tended yard without lopping everything off and starting over.

Hi! I had Johnny Davis over to help me with my garden, he works fast and seeing things with a new eye, and over all the garden looks much better and is much happier.
