- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually $20/hour for home cleaning, and organization. The food prep really depends on the need of the indivdual. That is just a base to go on, after the first initial job and seeing the home or office then I will work up a price with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the area I will be working in and give an estimate. I feel it is more accurate than sight unseen. I also like to meet my new clients face to face. I just really like the personal touch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hmm, a mom and wife of 20 years. Cleaning up after them and cooking for them for years. Just joking, I have been doing this since my early 20's took a break to stay home with my daughter and now I have been back at for the last 5 years again. As far as the food prep side of it, I have taken several cooking classes at the local cooking schools, have my food handlers license and have taken other nutritional and diet education courses. Same with the home/office organization, have taken many classes over the years, ran a business for my husband for 15 years and just have a talent for organization. I enjoy it and I love helping other people with it. Then end product is also so rewarding.
