FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
not in most cases being a general contractor we are always looking at a much bigger scope of work to be done than someone who is focused on one aspect of the trade. . most all clients have given me there complete and un questioned trust that there project will be done too or above what they expected it to be,I'm a very fair person and it does reflect in price cost,I'm very easy to discuss and negotiate costs with ,I will at times reduce costs by cutting labor cost but I will not cut cost on material or on quality of material to be used, and if there by chance is somthing figured into total job cost and is not needed or is not used for what ever reason,in most cases this will be credited back to the client,100% satisfaction guaranteed,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
getting to know them ,letting them know that you are there to help them with the construction of there dream, that I can and will give them what want ,assist them with many different ideas of what they could do in or with the same area ,answer concerns about the project or projects that they are concerned about, like structural issues ,why or why not they may be a issue and if they are how they will be addressed.our main concern in any project no matter if it's a 1,000 dollar job or a 450,000 dollar job they are treated one and the same, the larger job means to them what the smaller job means to them,in a nutshell we want the client to feel that they can trust that we will do everything we have been instructed to complete ,and they do not have to be worried by anything like subs ,materials paying mutipal sub contractors ,coordinate, scheduling only thing that they need to do is continuing on with there daily routine as comfortably and with the least amount of stress as possible, we all know how stressful some projects can be ,that's why it's important you pick a contractor you feel comfortable knowing all these areas are covered and you can continue on doing what you do,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a GED before I joined the USMC ,and most of my skills in the trades was learned by the power of hands on training, I had a uncanny ability to observe a area of the trade being done and then be able to go and do it ,mabey not as fast but just as well as the person I watched doing it.This was somthing that I referred to this talent as god given ,I have built entirely too many homes to even begin counting or give numbers, it's in the hundreds, over I drew designed over half of them on. my computer,I was born to build ,my training is constant and never ending every project is diffrent, sombody says your project can't be done well call J & S,. IT CAN BE DONE and we will get done!!
