- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is generally $35 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. This is negotiable and depends on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First schedule a meeting with the customer and listen to their needs and expectations of each project. We would then go over material options, rates, and start date. I would then describe the process and estimate a completion date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seven years hands on experience in trim carpentry and hardware installation. During these years I worked a lot of warranty and customer service repairs.
