- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't! I have a suggested tip amount, based on the size of the wedding and the estimated amount of time I'd spend preparing/writing the script (mileage is sometimes considered as well). BUT, I'm always willing to negotiate based on financial circumstances. I DO NOT do this as a business and make no profit like others may. I just want you to appreciate what I have to offer if you can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak on the phone and find out what their vision is and who's all involved... Including children and witnesses. From there, I can suggest one of my best suited script examples to review.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hate to see people being taken advantage of.
