- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally dynamic in nature because each job is unique. My goal is to provide my services for a fair price while accommodating the customer's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me with an interest in my services...I will try to gather as much information (about their project or problem) as I can. These details will help me custom-tailor a more precise estimate when it comes to pricing and will help me fine-tune the available options. When we have ironed-out the details of the job, we will schedule a convenient time and day for the work to be performed. After my customer is 100% satisfied with the results, I will issue an invoice for services rendered in exchange for payment in the form of cash,check,charge or PayPal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of experience in residential/commercial/industrial Security, Fire-Alarm, Access-Control, Networks, Surveillance, Cable/Satellite, Home-Theater, Conference A/V, Telephone-Systems, Public-Address, Integrated-Controls and Structured-Wiring. I also have over five years experience and formal education as an Electrician and I am certified to install Photovoltaic-Systems(Solar-Power).
