- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a free consultation I do with every new client. Consultation will be conducted because it is necessary to truly understand the needs of the individuals who want to make a difference. After the consultation I will assess movement patterns to evaluate the range of motion of the client. Prior to our first session I will do a body assessment of the individual including caliper and Skulpt testing (Skulpt is electromagnetic and can obtain body fat percentage and muscle quality) to find their basal metabolic rate (how many calories you burn in a day). This will help me to create a customized nutrition plan specific to that individual. We will then start the training program where my goal is to teach that individual everything I know, from traditional body building to Olympic lifting. The whole point of my program is to create a passion for fitness, when that is achieved a habit is born and the goals you dream of become reality.
