Introduction: I am a motivated individual who has a passion for fitness. I love to see and help others find that passion. My training approach is that of the hybrid style involving strength, circuit, interval, long distance endurance and body weight type training. I have received my Master Trainer Certification through International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have been certified for four years, completing continuing education units in kinetic anatomy. I offer specialized nutrition plans and off day programming to help you meet your goals that much faster. I also put a focus on mobility and range of motion drills to help you train more efficiently and longer.

I am a stay at home mom who has had three kids and I was looking for a fitness routine that really fit my rather low level of experience but still challenged and motivated me. Jake started me with a routine that I was able to do, but still challenged me enough that I was seeing results and staying motivated to keep working out. When I ran into lower back pain issues, he helped me adjust and incorporate a stretching routine that really helped the pain and allowed me to keep up my workout routine. He has obviously put a lot of time and research into his training routines and he is able to communicate them easily. He is not into quick fixes but let's you know that with dedication, anyone can be in good shape!! He is a great trainer that can work with all different levels of experience to help you lead a healthier life!!

I've being working out with jake since April 2015. He is a trainer that cares and has motivated and pushed me to keep my goals. He helped me change my eating habits which assisted with my fat loss and allowed me to gain muscle mass. He checks in with me periodically throughout the week to ensure i maintain discipline in my eating regimen an that i have completed my daily workout on my own. So far i have gone down 2 pants sizes and i continue to improve in my overall strength. I now feel much lighter and i have more energy ever since Jake started being my trainerand help me to change my life style. He has been flexible with my training schedule and has accommodated me when i had a personal conflict and a family obligation to meet. Overall Jake has been a huge factor in my success of losing weight and becoming stronger. My sons look up to me even more now and want to exercide with me. Thank you Jake for all you have done and will continue to do for me. I am very greatful for your time and effort.

Jake is an outstanding trainer and by far the best we have ever come across. He is professional, knowledgeable and beyond patient. His ability to adapt his teaching method and problem solve each of our needs is truly a gift. Our family has multiple complex medical issues and we have all made incredible progress. Jake's enthusiasm for fitness and encouragement have had a profound effect on me and my children. My 15 year old special needs son Santos has been transformed not only physically but mentally as well. It is miraculous. Jakes nutritional counseling and teaching style have enabled Santos to grasp the concepts and reach his goal weight. Diabetes is no longer the serious threat. Santos is using self control with food for the first time in his life. Also, he is now conversing with others and discussing food and exercise. Jake has prepared him for a lifetime of fitness and nutrition in a way that I'm confidant will have lasting effects. People are shocked by the transformation of his mind and body. We are beyond excited for Santos' future and his newfound confidence. Jake has enabled me for the first time in years to work out safely and effectively. I've lost 20 pounds like Santos and down 2 sizes. Jakes motivation and encouragement have carried me through this difficult process. His slow and consistent approach combined with the technical knowledge has not only kept me from injury but have created success. I'm not only on my way to my goal weight but my doctors and I are thrilled by the nuero muscular progress I'm making. Mr. Haman held a personal training session with me that has completely changed my outlook and confidence in myself. I was in town only for a short time, so I only had time to be with him the once, but the information given during was invaluable. Jake is a very down-to-earth person, intent on speaking to anyone he works with as a peer and not just a client. He worked specifically to make sure I came away with a better understanding on technique during future work-outs. He spoke at length on the best ideas and methods about several types of activity, and his views on running in particular have me looking forward to my time on the track to improve my form. The best compliment I can give him is in regard to the obvious conviction and care he takes as he speaks with you. I feel like I came away with a newfound confidence in my goals to be more healthy and active. Meeting a man like this can change the way you conceptualize your motivation for getting up and putting in the time instead of watching another episode of TV.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer the following Packages: 5 sessions -- 250$ 10 sessions -- 450$ 20 sessions -- 800$ 30 sessions -- 1,050$

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    There is a free consultation I do with every new client. Consultation will be conducted because it is necessary to truly understand the needs of the individuals who want to make a difference. After the consultation I will assess movement patterns to evaluate the range of motion of the client. Prior to our first session I will do a body assessment of the individual including caliper and Skulpt testing (Skulpt is electromagnetic and can obtain body fat percentage and muscle quality) to find their basal metabolic rate (how many calories you burn in a day). This will help me to create a customized nutrition plan specific to that individual. We will then start the training program where my goal is to teach that individual everything I know, from traditional body building to Olympic lifting. The whole point of my program is to create a passion for fitness, when that is achieved a habit is born and the goals you dream of become reality.
