The owner ( and technician) Mark was friendly and welcoming from the very beginning when I first called to book my appointment. He was honest with his pricing, which is estimated by the square foot, so I wasn't charged for the entire room, only the areas I wanted him to clean, mostly my high traffic areas. He showed up as promised within his arrival window of 10 to 12. He was very detailed in his cleaning. My carpet and upholstery look brand new! He even cleans tile and grout! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! A very pleasant experience and will continue to use them every 6 months!
