No, each situation is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone's love of food is based on personal preferences. I prefer to speak directly with prospective clients to make sure I am a good fit for their needs and preferences. Whether for a special event for weekly meals, there should be excitement during the planning process. For recurring Personal Chef services, I recommend meeting in-person so clients can best evaluate that I am the best fit for cooking weekly meals in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years' experience working in food and beverage, and have learned and worked in just about every position in the industry including bartending, serving, and of course cooking. My cooking experience ranges from casual food to fine dining, health care, senior living, and catering large and intimate events.
