- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is based off the amount of room taken up in the trailer or hourly rate depending on the nature of the job. See below: 6' x 12' x 5' trailer (15 cubic yards): Single item - $125 1/4 - $225 1/2 - $350 3/4 - $475 Full - $575 Hourly (hauling, moving, delivery, laborers): 2 Troops, Truck, Trailer - $125 3 Troops, Truck, Trailer - $190
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We send a quote or pricing structure based on the information and needs of the customer. 2. We set up a free estimate with the customer either though an onsite visit or using pictures with text / email. 3. We schedule the work as soon as possible. 4. On the day of the job, we arrive at the customer's location and walk through the entire site to ensure the customer and all JDog employees are on the same page. We ensure the job is safe, professional, and courteous at all times. 5. When the job is complete, we review the work, collect payment, and do a final walk-through with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Garrett Douglas ( Operations Manager) - Garrett went to school for Environmental Science for 2 years. After finishing that he went on and got multiple certificates in a Environmental Health and Safety Certificate Program which got him certified by the EPA. He can tell you exactly what we can and can't take, and why. He has been in Junk Removal and Moving companies for over 5 years now. Has experience as an Operations Manager for over 2 years for one of the worlds largest Junk Removal companies. Mike Greco (Owner/Sales) - Mike went to Harper College and is currently enrolled at DePaul. He has an Associates in Sales and Emergency Management. He has been in the sales industry for about 7 years, and he has been involved with Junk Removal and Hauling for 2 years.
