Introduction: I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's in Human Resources Management. I have taught grades K-6 in private schools in Mexico, Korea, Texas, and North Carolina.
I have tutored Kinder - 6th-grade students. I just moved to California and I am currently working on my California Certification. I am available Tuesdays-Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 pm, 7:00-8:00 pm.

Ms. Herrera is a dedicated professional. She is knowledgeable in the many learning styles of children and tailors her teaching to the personal needs of each child. Ms. Herrera has high expectations for all students under her care, but will work harder than anyone I know to help the children meet and surpass those expectations. Teaching is more than paper and pencil drills with this teacher. Creativity and uniqueness will pepper her instruction. Ms. Herrera is a true champion for the children.
