What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpet- $7.00 per sq. yd. for installation. Flat rate including pad. Vinyl- $1.00 per sq. ft. and underlayment is .65 a sq. ft. Laminate- $2.00 per sq. ft. Hardwood- $4.00 per sq. ft. Vinyl Plank- $1.00 per sq. ft. LVT-Luxury Vinyl Tile- $1.25 per sq. ft. without grout $2.50 with grout. Ceramic Tile $5.00 sq. ft. including grout.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is a priority. I start with introduction, and find out what the customers needs are and let them know that this is what I strive to accomplish. Meeting their expectation with quality work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the flooring business for 15 years. My work expertise are varied. I have installed every type of flooring available including sub-floor. My experience through the years is seen in my quality of workmanship.
