- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not, the event is based upon what you are looking for. Do we have certain packages available through our catering department within the Daniellas umbrella, yes! However, we will tweak any style of food and or ethnic style that you are looking for! Our staff is very talented and we strive for nothing but the best with every event that we do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to meet with them, get a cup of coffee, discuss what they are looking for in the event. Secondly, I like to get a feel for how they want the event to go, colors, atmosphere etc. Lastly, find out what kind of style food they will likely be looking for and what type of event, drop and go, full service. From the bar down to the finest of details, remember, this is your event and I would like to provide you with the satisfaction of a successful event. From a birthday party to a full out, fine dining wedding. No detail will fall through the cracks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the food & beverage industry for around 16 years. I've been an executive chef for around 9. I've worked in small restaurants, as well as, large scale operations up to and not limited to 4 million dollars in food sales yearly. I've done banquets and restaurant (line chefing) so my skills are not limited to just one avenue within the business.
