About this pro
Didn't even call back with quote. Complete waste of my time. Update: Thank you for getting me a quote a week later . After reaching out to your assistant, she got me a quote since you were unavailable. So thanks.Jun 1, 2018Verified
We hired KAI for a kitchen remodel and retile of house. Issues are too numerous to mention but ranged from wrong granite being installed, incorrect cabinet measurements which caused reorder issues, wrong tile being ordered, and lack of project management. Once hired we very rarely saw Phil. In addition we are now being contacted by subcontractors that were not paid. I would strongly caution clients from hiring KAI Vision and subs should get paid up front if you are going to work for him. If I could give 0 stars I would.Jul 15, 2017Phil F.'s reply
With that having been said, we totally disagree with the customer's falsely accusing statements and remarks in the review. Their project was completed in a very timely, professional, and high quality standard. They breached and deviated from the contract agreement as soon as the project commenced. The customer was very inordinate the entire duration: changing previous selections over and over, directing the work force to do N.I.C. (not in contract) changes (out of protocol), also bought bottles of liquor for several workers (it was a job, not a party), this was found out later and among many more inordinate actions. KAI Vision Builders, being vested inherently with the experience of multiple awards won and accolades for our talents, delivers a very high quality service to our customers. We have a portfolio of proof and many references upon request. We have ongoing work with new and repeat customers. We have built relationships and worked very successfully with doctors, attorneys, engineers, and many other genuine customers. It is unfortunate we had this very non-genuine customer.
