I believe in making the world a better place by uplifting and empowering people to be their best and to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We all have a unique gift and talent that we are here to share with the world but our limiting beliefs, thoughts programs and patterns can hold us back from creating consistent growth and success in our businesses/career, our relationships, our finances and our health and from truly living the life we want to live. I support business owners, leaders and change makers to get more connected and aligned with what they are truly here to do. I help them to break free from anxiety, stress, overwhelm and thoughts of lack and limitation fast so they can lead with confidence and truly feel fulfilled in all aspects of life. Creating sustainable economic opportunity, and promoting social equality and transformation on a personal level to a global level is the passion that fuels me. More than 15 years of consulting internationally as a Gender and Social Development Specialist has allowed me to execute policies, programs, training and evaluations in partnership with Governments international organizations like the Asian Development Bank and with private sector companies across Asia and the Pacific. Understanding that major shifts begin by planting individual seeds, I also facilitates personal coaching to entrepreneurs and other leaders and change makers so they can be more connected, balanced and integrated and more effective in driving positive change in their business and their communities. I have worked with leaders in many countries and cultures to deepen their understanding of equitable leadership. I am known for bringing an inter-disciplinary approach to my work and I combine a deep knowledge of culture (including gender norms and patterns), economic, social and organizational development, spirituality and human development into my work. I facilitate change through policy and program development and evaluation; conducting organizational assessments and developing change strategies, speaking engagements, delivering gender and social inclusion training and women’s leadership training, facilitating group coaching programs, and conducting private mentoring and coaching work with clients and businesses.
