Introduction: I have practiced law for over 25 years and have been a member of the Virginia and DC Bar. I retired from my practice in Virginia. I have assisted hundreds of clients to resolve a variety of legal problems. My areas of expertese includes family and employment law. securities fraud cases, Americans with disability act cases. personal injury cases, probate and tax law as well as federal regulatory law, corporate and contract law, freedom of information law, bankruptcy as well as discrimination law. I am semi-retired and I supplement my savings by taking on legal cases. This enables me to charge reasonable fees because I have a solo practice and I no longer have to pay staff. I became an attorney because he believed it to be a noble profession and I take pride in treating my clients ethically and I provide them with a lot of experience and a strong desire to be successful in handling my client's cases. I've only recently joined this service and since I have not needed any recommendations in my private practice because it was primarily via referrals. I do not have a list of recommendations at this time. However, I will be contacting some of my clients so that I can post their recommendations on this site. In our initial communication I will inform you the quote of what I intend to do for you and make an approximation of what that would cost. If it is creating or reviewing a document is quite easy to estimate the time and cost on a case. However, if your case is something that will be highly disputed and may require litigation. I will in general need more information and my quote might be just on an hourly basis or per project. Depending upon how busy my references are I will probably post the references as they come in and probably cut off the number of references somewhere between six and eight of my clients who are willing to take the time out to write a reference.
