Priced per project. Depends on your envisioned machine or the severity of your device's malfunction. Diagnosis is free with repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For custom builds, I'll start by asking you what you need the computer for. From there, we'll discuss some potential builds designed to get the most bang for your buck, according to your budget. Then I'll build it and deliver or you can pick it up For computer repairs, I'll start by gathering all the details of your problem. I'll probably ask you a few questions to better understand the problem and zero in on a diagnosis. I'll examine the device and explain what's wrong and what I'll need to do in order to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied computer science in college. I've built dozens of excellent machines, and I've repaired hundreds.
