FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our legal services are individually tailored to the needs of our clients. While the firm charges standard hourly rates based on the experience level of the provider and the complexity of the task involved, standard prices are difficult to pinpoint as every client brings a unique set of circumstances and needs to the firm. Nevertheless, for a typical estate planning client, there is reasonably estimate range of cost for typical services than may be provided during consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the Linden Law Firm, PLC tailoring our legal services to our clients is the most important thing we do. Every new client will meet with our Managing Member Mr. LInden and will always get personalized service. The advantage of our practice is that we are a small firm with large firm experience and capabilities. Clients will not be passed down a chain of younger associates but will always have direct contact to a senior member of our legal team.
